We’ve had a surprising flurry of snow here today, lending a tangible note to this beautiful post. I think I’d half noticed the newly lingering daylight at the end of the work days last week and the little signals—the geese arriving in the garden behind my office, the start of the hay fever season—of our journey towards Spring.
